RETURNS
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging, sealed, and with a proof of purchase.
Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Proof of Purchase: Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Return Authorization: Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our customer service team.
Shipping: Return the item to our warehouse at Plot 22202 Chives Crescent, Soweto. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank.
